NO. They aren't related. Now get this: Elrond and most of the other Elves on ME are leaving, and he wants Arwen to go with him.
What about Aragorn?
He's not going - Aragorn is staying to fight the Dark Lord who is currently trying to destroy everyone.
Oh. So that's why Arwen spends most of her time looking sad?

You'd have to ask her that. She can read your mind by looking in your eyes, except Aragorn and Legolas can look away (they've probably seen her too many times to be amazed, or something).
What's Celeborn like?
Tall, blond and Elfy. How do you expect me to answer that?
